We are looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service in the following positions:
- Garden Shop Cashier
- Greenhouse Sales & Support
- Nursery Sales & Support
Seasonal Retail Sales Representative responsibilities are:
- Ensuring customers feel welcome in our store.
- Answer basic selection and plant care questions, identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
- Promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and contribute to the store’s profitability.
- Contribute to a positive and professional workplace atmosphere.
Retail Sales Representatives are:
- Quick learners with an attention to detail
- Effective communicators and team players
- Friendly and outgoing
- Able to lift 15lbs. repeatedly; occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
- Able to spend hours at a time moving/standing in a variety of weather conditions
- Willing to learn and grow as retail professionals and horticulture enthusiasts
Part time and full time positions are available, with full time availability preferred. Positions are seasonal, with possibility for year-round work depending on employee performance and company need.
Hiring on an ongoing basis throughout the spring season
Starting wages are $14.50-15.50 depending on experience and qualifications.
